We currently offer a range of beginner to intermediate level Japanese cookery lessons focusing on sushi and sashimi preparation.

We also offer tailor-made Japanese cooking courses for those looking to improve a specific element of their Japanese cooking technique, and are great at handling corporate events!

Learn how to make a selection of different types of roll sushi, including the basic hosomaki, ice cream cone shaped temaki, variety of inside out ura-makis and temari nigiris.

The class includes a demonstration on how to prepare sushi rice and tips on choosing the correct ingredients for sushi making. This course is hands-on so you can practice making your own rolls and create a bento box full of colourful sushi. There will be plenty of sushi for a full meal, so please arrive with an empty stomach.

*We can provide alternatives for vegetarians, please enquire.
